Abandoned Emails History
Abandoned Carts Emails History grid is located at Swissup > Abandoned Cart > History.
Here you can see a list of abandoned carts emails with the following statuses:
- Pending - email won’t be sent until approved
- Approved - email will be sent on the next cron iteration
- Sent - email was sent to customer
- Returned - customer clicked on the Checkout link from email
- Successful - customer placed an order
- Canceled - email send was cancelled
Available actions for history items:
- Preview Email - check how email letter will look
- Send Email - manually send email
