Create PDF Template

PDF Templates Grid

You can manage PDF templates in Swissup > General > PDF Invoices grid.

To create new invoice template, press Add New Template button or press arrow to choose other template type.

Load Default Template

In this section of the form you can select and load default PDF templates.

Module includes 5 ready-to-use templates for each sales document type.

Template Information

Here you can edit template HTML and CSS code and set template name.

Insert Variable

In PDF templates you can use same variables available in email templates.

To insert variable, place cursor in a place you need in Template Content and press Insert Variable... button.

Preview Template

You can preview PDF template any time pressing Preview Template button.
