Abandoned shop cart
Using grid filters you can track abandoned shopping carts by the following parametres: email, customer name, number of items, subtotal in a cart, applied coupon, date of creation, IP address.
In case you want to track a shopping cart content of non-registered user, you can click on any shop cart field without customer name directly on Abandoned shop cart interface. You will see a Guest quote information.
