Pre-written templates
Our extension comes with 3 pre-written emails which you can send in a sequence. You are allowed to edit a text for each reminder directly in the backend. Adding other links, pictures, etc. is available. You can also create your own template.
Please go Admin - System - Transactional emails and click on Add new template. Choose an Abandoned cart notification in a template field. Then you have to specify a new template name, add a new content and save. After that you can navigate to Admin - Templates-Master - Abandoned cart - Rules. Choose a rule to edit and select a newly created template in Email template drop down.
